I've been voicing my issues for weeks regarding my transactions, and so far, nothing's been resolved. I even sent in the screenshots and documents they asked for. Thankfully, monarchsolutions.org stepped in to help me out recently...

They’ve put up pi coin on their platform, and it’s priced at 72 USDT for one li coin as of January 28, 2023. But here’s the kicker: you can’t withdraw, transfer, or swap it for USDT. This feels like a total scam. Either they’re dealing with a bogus pi coin, or it’s the BitMart exchange that’s allowing this to happen, just letting folks trade while pocketing the fees. Traders are left with nothing since you can’t sell, withdraw, or exchange the pi coin. Everyone, please look into this and share your thoughts!

During my time working with Bitmart, I brought in my first client for a token listing. After the client made the payment, the Bitmart crew completely disregarded our signed agreement and failed to list the token without any explanation. To make matters worse, they turned down a refund request. They also broke our agreement by not paying my commission, pocketing all the cash for themselves. I attempted to contact Bitmart's CEO, Sheldon Xia, via email, but all my messages (and my client's) went unanswered, even with the serious issues at hand. The listing manager, Niki Gao, was not only unprofessional but also quite rude, stating that "emailing anyone on her team won't help with my commission." This pretty much sums up the experience with this scam exchange.

I highly recommend steering clear of Bitmart, whether you're a project, a partner, or a trader!

The website hardly functions in browsers and often freezes up. On Android, there are a ton of bugs. I had no heads-up that coins would be taken from my account during a contract upgrade, and I only found out about the upgrade after I noticed the coins were missing and reached out to support. They just vanished without any warning. I couldn't get a clear response from support about when I'd see them again. Given the recent FTX situation, trust and transparency are crucial. Since BitMart lacks transparency, I won't be keeping or purchasing assets on your platform.

I really enjoy using this exchange because it's quick and easy. However, there's a slight delay when I launch the app. Also, it would be great if you could include a converter for smaller assets.

I transferred my BRISE and BTT coins to my Ledger Live cold storage wallet, but I haven't seen anything come through. It's been more than a month now. I'm really not sure what's happening. I could use some assistance. The strange part is that my BRISE coins moved from my Trustwallet without a hitch, so I'm guessing there's some kind of error between Bitmart and Ledger Live. Any help would be appreciated.

All went smoothly... the only thing that didn’t sit right with me was the duration from when I sent it until it showed up in Bitmart... but hey, Bitcoin Smartchain takes its sweet time... so overall, I’m pleased :-)

You froze my assets (DEGO) without giving me a heads-up that it was taken off the list.

As a newcomer to BitMart, I was really looking forward to being part of this exchange, especially since it’s listed among the top 30 globally. But after two weeks of using it, I’m feeling pretty let down, if not outright frustrated. I’m even thinking about reaching out to Coinmarketcap to suggest they lower this exchange’s ranking because it’s misleading.

The delays in withdrawals are ridiculous, taking days to process. Even though I’m a level 2 verified user, my withdrawal request has been stuck for two days now. It’s hard to believe. Quick withdrawal processing is essential for any exchange to build trust and keep customers coming back.

I didn’t receive any rewards after putting in my initial deposit of 150 bucks. Then, there was another task to earn some rewards. This task involved using the 150 dollars I had deposited for spot trading. So, I went ahead and purchased 150 dollars worth of BTC in spot trading, and then, to my surprise, the 'Rewards Hub' window in the top-left corner just vanished for good. I was totally taken aback.

Occasionally, when I trade any coin, the orders don’t go through. It appears as cancelled in my order history. I’ve given it multiple tries, but I keep getting the same outcome.

This is a great crypto trading platform. Throughout my entire experience, I haven't encountered any issues at all.

I’m really puzzled as to why I can’t access my funds anymore. I’ve reached out to Bitmart for help, but nothing seems to get better. They keep telling me they’re looking into it, but it’s been weeks! Just a few days back, pandrex.co helped me out, so I’m not sure what’s up with Bitmart...

I put in my OP two days ago into my Bitmart account, but I haven't seen it show up yet. The customer service is really terrible; nobody's getting back to me about my question.
